This pudding won't make you sad, it's a recipe developed during the Great Depression. For this recipe, you will need: 2 eggs, 1 1/2 sticks of butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 1/4 cups flour, 2 cups heavy cream and 2 cups pure maple syrup.
