Mango Custard
Ingredients
Custard powder - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 tsp
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
For Mango pulp
Mango - 1
Sugar - 3 tsp
Little Milk
Method:
- To make a mango pulp - remove the seeds of mango and add into the jar with sugar, a little milk, blend into the smooth creamy pulp.
- In a bowl mix a custard powder along with milk and keep aside.
- Next step in a deep pan add mango pulp and keep the stove on low flame. Once the pulp start to boil add the lemon juice, vanilla Essence.
- Then add dissolved custard in milk, sugar and stir it.
- Once custard becomes thick, turn off the stove. Keep stirring in it.
- Cool it and pour it into a glass cup. Refrigerate it & serve chilled.
