Mango Custard

Ingredients

Custard powder - 2 tbsp

Milk - 1 cup

Sugar - 3 tsp

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp

For Mango pulp

Mango - 1

Sugar - 3 tsp

Little Milk

Method:

  1. To make a mango pulp - remove the seeds of mango and add into the jar with sugar, a little milk, blend into the smooth creamy pulp.
  2. In a bowl mix a custard powder along with milk and keep aside.
  3. Next step in a deep pan add mango pulp and keep the stove on low flame. Once the pulp start to boil add the lemon juice, vanilla Essence.
  4. Then add dissolved custard in milk, sugar and stir it.
  5. Once custard becomes thick, turn off the stove. Keep stirring in it.
  6. Cool it and pour it into a glass cup. Refrigerate it & serve chilled.
